Worldwide Success of Nothing to Lose 3 Reaches Geneva , Symbol of Fight for Human Rights

Once again, Europe is surprised by the success of Nothing to Lose 3. At this stage, the city of Geneva received in style the release of the third volume of the autobiography of Bishop Macedo, written by Co-author Douglas Tavolaro, Vice President Journalism Rede Record.
Nothing to Lose 3 – From the Bandstand to the Temple of Solomon: A Faith that Transforms dominated the streets of the historic center of Switzerland, symbol of fight for human rights around the world and the birthplace of the protestant reformation. An hour before the event started, the lines progressed around the International Museum of the Protestant Reformation, a building with nearly 300 years of age. Today the site is dedicated to spread the force of the reform movement and its message around the world.
Swiss, European and Brazilian immigrants came from cities across the country to learn more about the life story of Bishop Macedo, founder of The Universal Church. In all, during the event, more than 5,000 copies were sold.
The writer Paulo Coelho, internationally recognized, also attended the event, accompanied by his wife, Christina Oiticica. The Immortal ABL (Brazilian Academy of Letters) currently lives in Geneva and said via Twitter that "In regards to all manifestations of faith, today was the afternoon of Bishop Macedo autographs."
During the book launch in Switzerland, Bishop Eduardo Bravo, representative of Edir Macedo said that, like the reformists, the Bishop also goes through many persecutions.
The whole preaching of the Gospel, always suffered great persecution. John Calvin himself was a Frenchman who suffered persecution in France by Protestantism. He fled to Switzerland so that Geneva could become a Protestant city. Bishop Macedo also in his story, suffered a lot of persecution, but with his faith, boldness, courageousness and determination won it all and proved through the book that everything is possible. It is possible to win, it is possible to overcome any obstacle
Planning the release of Nothing to Lose 3 at the Museum of the Reformation is of strong symbolic power. At the location, the whole story of Martin Luther and John Calvin is told, and now the story of Bishop Macedo who, through his faith, courageousness, boldness and perseverance, made a spiritual revolution in Brazil and worldwide, is told as well. Therefore, there is no better place in Switzerland to honor the book.
The launch of Nothing to Lose 3 was a public and sales success in the city of Porto, in Portugal. At the city’s Convention Center, a crowd appeared to get a signed copy of Bishop Macedo’ s autobiography. So far in the country, more than 27,000 books were sold.
In France, the signing took place in a luxury hotel in Paris. Thousands of readers were eager for their copy of the book, and more than 5,000 books were sold at the time .
In Madrid, Spain, the Communications Palace was where the book launch took place. The imposing building received hundreds of people, and the sales surpassed the 5,000 books mark.
Nothing to Lose 3 was also released in Brussels (Belgium), in Bogota (Colombia), Guayaquil (Ecuador), Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago), Tegucigalpa (Honduras) and San Jose (Costa Rica).
In very few weeks, Nothing to Lose 3 managed to break yet another record and has become the biggest editorial phenomenon of the year 2014 on Brazil. The autobiography of Bishop Edir Macedo has become, in less than two months, the book most sold of the year.
Only in 2014, it was about 800 thousand that were sold, becoming the biggest national best-seller, in front of other world successes, such as, The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Until today the second volume is still within the most sold books according to Publish News.
This was the second consecutive year that the book is the most sold in the country. In 2013, Nothing to Lose 2 was also the biggest national best-seller, as well as throughout the world.
Since the book launch, the book also appears in first place on the ranking of the magazines Veja and Época, and shows up as well on the top of the lists of the most sold in the newspapers Folha de São Paulo and O Globo.
The trilogy of Nothing to Lose is the biography most sold of recent years. There are more than 7 million copies sold worldwide.
